Position(s) Available: STORE ADMIN

Location: Petaling Jaya, HQ

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Provide support to store activities or warehouse operations.
  2. Coordinate with suppliers, dealers, and co-workers.
  3. Conducts stock checking (spare parts) on incoming as well as outgoing delivery.
  4. Liaise with admin staff and co-workers on orders, deliveries, complaints, and other related matters
  5. Prepare documentation accurately such as Delivery Order, Good Return Note, etc.
  6. Assist in stock count exercise as required.
  7. Perform all other duties assigned by your supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  1. Candidate must possess at least SPM Certification or equivalent.
  2. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
  3. No working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  4. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  5. Required Skill(s): Good communication skills
